Partnering to Build a Better Future

A fundamental objective of the disabled People's movement is to promote the full citizenship of people with disabilities.  In pursuit of this objective IDEA Regina is seeking to create an effective working relationship between itself and the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.  IDEA Regina believes efforts to address our exclusion from society must be based on the recently ratified UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities.  IDEA is planning to meet in the near future with Marilou McPhedran Chief Commissioner Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
